I was just wondering. Sure Im comfortable with my sensitivity right now but is there any general sensitivity and that most Soldiers use?
i recommend not changing it but generally people use 6"-14" 360
Every good Soldier uses a 20~ in. 360 for maximum control over air rockets
WowzersIm comfortable with my sensitivity right now
if this is true don't ask
but very generally, 3 to 12 in/360 is good to go

Can't tell if this is a joke or not.
But yeah, the other 2 have it right. You don't want an insanely slow sens for soldier generally, otherwise rocket jumps become harder, and aiming rockets really doesn't get easier.

Its all personal preference, though you would have a hard time rocket jumping with like 17 inch/360
I use 9.3 inch/360

you should ask TLR(the best soldier period) what his sens is and then regardless of what it is/how well you do with it, keep that sens forever and never change it unless tlr changes his
i use the same sensitivity as TLR (the most recently known one ;3)
and that is 9.7"/360. :)

oh btw, might aswell check this out

Oh okay, I use a 5 inch/360. I just thought its weird because sometimes I have to pick up my mouse to turn in a direction. Thats why I was asking. Thanks guys.

there is nothing wrong with 5"

a normal soldier sens before getting trained/practiced is like 5-9 inches per 360
after getting trained/practiced their sensitivity usually decreases
mine used to be like 3 inches per 360, now it's 5.
it's not weird for a soldier to have anywhere between 1.5-15 inches per 360, though, because the class is so versatile for aiming styles.

Picking up your mouse is fine, you just have to know when to do it and you should also learn to do it as fast as possible without messing up your aim. Also if you're having to pick up your mouse frequently doing 180's with a 5in360, you should look into getting a bigger mousepad or more room for your mouse.
its all personal preference, some people will tell you a low sens is good some people will say high is good, flicking, tracking, whatever just use what you're comfortable with and stick with it. really isn't that complex
lol having @ have to pick up mice frequently for 5 inch 360, i suggest a bigger mousepad

It's not the size, it's what you do with it.

From my experiences, you want a low enough sensitivity to be stable, and high enough to turn around at ease. I use 600 dpi and 3 in game, and it's the perfect sensitivty for me.
Its pretty embarrassing that i probably pick up my mouse because I use an XTRAC Pad XXL
I'm on 10.6".
Low enough that I feel like I still have good control, but high enough to sweep my mouse and do a quick 180.

if you're picking your mouse up frequently on that with 5" then you have weird mouse picking disorder im on an 8" 360 and a 17" pad wtf

i lost the other thread with the different sens' for different classes and i don't really even know what all these numbers are but I main scout and my in-game sens is 4.05 is that pretty normal?
9.1" for me. Gives me a good mix of flicking and tracking

In-game sensitivity doesn't mean anything without knowing the mouse dpi. I know your aim is good though and if it's comfortable you shouldn't care about other peoples sensitivities.
