I had this problem for a long time. My fingers used to hurt like hell while coding during the winter. Here's a few things I learned:

1. Make sure your forearms are level or downward-sloping so that your hands receive more blood flow. Raise your chair or lower your keyboard if possible.

2. Wear a sweater, and if it has a zipper, make sure to zip it up all the way to your neck. I personally hate the feeling of clothing around my neck but it makes a big difference.

-protowhy do ur hands need to be warm 24/7?

Hands get rigid when their colder and if your body is cold it cuts excess circulation to your appendages, making hand movements much worse. Otherwise I'd just go shirtless all winter. I overheat like fuck with too much clothes on though so I've avoided wearing long sleeve sweaters. I'll try out covering my neck + a long sleeve sweater (or maybe buy a long sleeve shirt). If it doesn't work I'm considering trying out this handwarmer or this handwarmer.

thmpsnhow do u get in ur room if theres no door

The window obviously.

Anyways I have a curtain. There's a 6'x8' "doorway" that goes to the rest of the house. It's literally an office that was re-purposed to be my bedroom. It's only 12x12 feet though so if I could probably put plastic over it, but then it'll become a pain to get in and out of my room.

This is the outside of my room.

Also if you're wondering that black thing is the blood from when robbers broke into the house and one of them cut themselves on the screen door glass.
