Someone posted a tool a while back on the CS:GO subreddit to help analyze the mouse movements. I actually wonder why it hasn't been used by anyone yet to put an end to that kind of speculation.

you go through any player that knows how to play enough, and they'll look like they're cheating sometimes, doesnt matter what game.
if they werent VAC'd dont worry about it, its probably too subtle for us to figure out what it could be without coming to meaningless conclusions and false accusations, if they are cheating VAC will get it eventually.

This isn't necessarily true. It is completely possible to have a well made private hack that is used until the game dies without getting caught by VAC.

I think the only way out for valve is to give an absurd amount of money to the cheat developers to help them out with VAC.
