Good pug groups?

I've been playing for a while and I've seen a few good pug groups come and go, But right now, the most active thing i can think of for NA 6's pugs is TF2mix. Does anybody have or know of good and active pug groups?

I don't think the Steam group which has announcements/events for PUGs (Water Vapor) is public, but you should try to get into Syops PUGs. A lot of experienced players pass through, and it's pretty easy to get a helping hand and have a good time around there in my experience.

unoriginal jokes aside, Newbie PUGs are a lot less cancerous than they used to be, and are generally steel-silver level overall, maybe a little higher sometimes (iron players welcome too of course)

blazedankbringers pugs are awesome. im an admin, and we pug almost every day, sometimes more than once. but if youre above mid-high open, youll probably be discouraged from playing. most of the players are between ugc level and low-mid open. the highest level player weve had is goldfish, whos mostly played med since that first time he crushed us :(

SYOPS pugs. People can throw a bit from time to time (but who doesn't, its a pug?), but overall the crowd is of good skill and personality.

Only thing that throws new people off is that they have a rule on full time sniping. So if that's your thing, people will get mad at you if you try to do that.

You can try joining Newbie pugs we all started at newbie mixes then we kinda got better and started pugs instead http://steamcommunity.com/groups/newbie6v6pug, we have been pugging like every day over break but durring school and stuff its fridays and saturdays for like 5 hours usually :]

Also watch out for the 'say the wrong thing in chat and be friends with someone who ran sniper to second get permabanned rule.' Gets me every time

We pug whenever convenient, and according to most, we have the most chill pug group in TF2. Our skill level is widely varied and we're definitely open to players new and old. You'll have a good time if you play and I make sure everything goes smoothly

i'd love to see older maps played in ways they weren't when they were in rotation.
