They have been creating a Top 20 player ranking, counting down from 20. Flusha is a player that plays for Fnatic and has been the target of hackusations the past few months after several other pro's got vac'd. There's an archive of over 40 gifs and/or videos of him doing really sketchy things that are almost unexplainable (crosshair snapping to people through walls being the most obvious).

tl;dr they placed a player who (most likely) cheats at #2 in a Top 20 ranking. Some people are pissed off about it, I think it's funny

Most likely cheats? 90% of the evidence towards flusha was just retards witchhunting. Either way even if he did cheat at any point, he's still a top player without them. And fnatic are still prob the best team in the world even after all the hackusations prior to dhw.

well it's true that a lot of those clips aren't very convincing and can be explained by him having an extremely low sensitivity, but stuff like this one is just odd

the idea that people can hack on lan is plausible, but there is still ZERO proof that anyone actually HAS hacked on lan

just curious, are there really no "suspicious clips" of players outside of fnatic? feel like if you turn xray on a lot of clips could look weird

that's only one team though, if even one established player has multiple clips that seem suspicious people have to realize that the witchhunt is stupid

Hellraisers mocked the guy by creating a contest that, if someone could make 1 of their players look just as "blatant" as those clips, they'd win a prize. Someone actually tried and got like 8 clips, but none of them nearly as weird. He did get that pize though

I really do think kennys should have been higher also. he has the best individual rating by far, but yeah they're taking team ratings into account.

KQLY had a 90% headshot rating at 1 lan, those matches he only seemed to be able to die at the hands of sf

Kenny had the best rating for the 2nd half of 2014, not the whole year. Remember, this is a whole year's worth of stats, not just recent history. That being said, KennyS should be top 5 because he was individually stand out the whole year.

In the same way, get right was really dominant in the first half and lacked in the second, yet he will be #1

Pasha had the best performance of a single player in a tournament this year.

VP is built around pascha, to allow him to do whatever he wants to do that round. If he doesn't do well, they lose.

yeah but those are clips from galloween, a tiny french lan that no one gives a fuck about whatsoever, and therefore not in public spotlight

that's the nutty thing though, kennys had ridiculously high ratings in the first half of the year too, he had by far the highest overall rating of any player (get right was like 11th for 2014 in rating btw)

that's not entirely true, as this list shows snax was statistically the best vp player for most of the 2nd half of the year when pasha dropped off, and it was still good enough to get them top 4 placings

pasha is the most aggro, just-run-around in a scrimmy way player on their team so he's like the icing on the cake, when he's beasting it takes them from like a 3rd-4th finish to a top 2 finish. however snax and byali form the consistent fragging framework of that team, and their chemistry helps them win more t side rounds than the average team, pasha is just a bonus

Well I mean I'm not surprised GTR is #1. They probably should have better criteria like a mix of team success and individual performance. It's like saying the Sedins aren't good because the Canucks haven't won a cup.
