P-Rec acting wierd

I've installed P-Rec, and when that update broke it, I've downgraded to the previous version (2.0.5).
Since then it hasn't been automatically recording tournament matches (Yes, prec_mode is 2).
Anybody know what may be doing it?

Make sure you don't have two installs of PREC. There should only be one in tf/custom/addons, but not one in tf/addons.

You might have not uninstalled it from before they did the SteamPipe update.

NOTE: It does say "recording", though doesnt save any file.

Are you sure the files aren't saving to an odd part of your TF folder directory? Try using the command prec_dir "yourfoldernamehere" to make sure its saving to a location you know about.

(eg. prec_dir "demos" or "workplz")

Is the file even being created? Play a tournament game and check your tf folder for a PREC demo. If its created and then deleted afterwards, there might be a prec convar you have to change.

It actually creates the file, and deletes it afterwards

If it's creating then deleting it then check to see if prec_delete_useless_demo is set to "0"

Put in console:

prec_delete_useless_demo

If its set to 1, it will delete demos if you don't get a killstreak in the demo.
