Can any of you guys help me I really need help with my aiming because my aiming is not improving. I try playing mge but I didn't see no improvement on my aiming. I tired playing on tr_walkway but still no improvement. Then I tired to play on a map called tr_aim_training_b13 I heard it has a room where you can train your muscle memory so I started to shoot the square targets for like 2 hours but nope. Please give me a good answer.
Q: How do I get better?
A: Matches > Scrims > Pugs > DM/MGE in that order, though if you want to work on something specific like movement or aim MGE/DM will do, if you want to work on overall game understanding Pugs+ will do. Just play the game as long as it's enjoyable and don't force yourself to play.
There is no secret. you just have to play more

yo its not gonna happen overnight, if you are like most of the people who play this game your are gonna have to put a lot of time and effort into that shit. if you keep mgeing and dming for a couple hours a day against real people who have hands and monitors youll start to notice improvement after a while. no ones just gonna give you good aim tho you gotta work hard for that shit.
if you play scout make your aim smooth slow it down and track for a consistent experience
if youre a soldier i still do the same i take my aim trying to aim directs

Turn off mouse accel/enable raw input
Find a sens you're comfortable with (projectile classes and medics generally prefer higher sensitivities while hitscan classes go for lower ones, but that's completely up to you
As other have said, practice and remember there's more to this game than aim

All of the top players you see have thousands upon thousands of hours of dm/mge/scrims/pugs/whatever. Just play more and you'll eventually see results. There is no fast way to get good at aiming, well unless you get an aimbot.
try something like tr_arena or tr_newbots. they're good for working on hitscan tracking or getting used to the trajectories that players will take when they surf damage (bots obviously won't strafe as well though) which can help with hitting directs, tr_rocket_shooting2/tyler_rocket_shooting is also really good for that.
but besides all that it just comes down to putting the time in and actively thinking about what you're practicing instead of just aimlessly dming.
