Hi! I was thinking of replacing my G400s because it's been giving me issues and since I'm pretty stupid when It comes to mice and since the G400s mouse isn't going to be made anymore, some suggestions for getting a different mouse would be cool.

I want a similar mouse basically, any suggestions? Thanks!

edit: thanks for the suggestions everybody my mouse issues have been resolved! I really appreciate it.

My G400s broke, I think it's the same cable problem that my old G400 had. Logitech promised that they had fixed that problem with this G400s, but this one broke earlier than my G400. Maybe that's why Logitech stopped selling these?

Anyway. I bought Zowie FK1 on sunday because so many had recommended Zowie mice. I probably will get used to this with time.
Good thing with this mouse is that I don't have to keep software running. Adjustable dpi in the bottom of the mouse. Scroll wheel is better than G400s'. Mouse grip comparison:

If you used the g400s, you could get an ec1-a or you could wait til i test out the g402, the new "version" of the g400s. It's supposedly very similar but with a better sensor etc.

i wouldn't throw away or replace your broken logitech mice (if the cable is the issue, that is).
it's cheap and easy to replace the cable. (definitely alot cheaper than getting a new mouse.)
you also don't have to get used to something new that way.
replacement cables are thicker, and it's very unlikely that those would ever fail on you.

i used this to fix one of my old mice. $11 might not seem cheap, but it beats 50+$ for a new mouse.
as the picture shows: this particular purchase gets you 2 sets of (tiger gaming) mouse feet, 2 alcohol pads, and 1 cable.

You can always ask logitech for a g402 and see how you like that before buying another mouse. They probably won't even make you send back your broken one giving you the option to fix it if you want.

The ec1-a looks pretty good, I also heard some pretty good things about the G402.
