You can just go to French team's mumble to listen. There's even a French TF2 league so I guess they have local terms for all the spots etc. :P

I theorycrafted the divisions and there will probably only be 15 IM teams, with 4 IM teams from this season moving up to invite

I don't know if ESEA would keep IM with less than 16 teams, so it would be nice if someone could make a last minute team
