18 teams doesn't really make a sizable conference especially when half of those teams could potentially drop

The Eastern division looks a little dangerous. I count about 9-10 "playoff worthy" teams from only 18 overall.

FFGcan somebody explain why it isnt just one big conference like its always been? i can't think of a good reason for this change because as it stands we just end up with two completely unbalanced conferences

i would assume it's automatic split if one conference has enough people signed up to have every team not have to repeat matchups... which sucks due to the magnified effect of dead teams.

please allow for real east coast servers to be used in the drop down selection. Or have they added a bunch more Chicago servers to make up for the extra teams?

We won't do that because it is the central division. However, we have always allowed teams to schedule on servers out of conference manually if both teams have agreed to it.
