What would a good GPU be? I'm looking to upgrade my computer (from cardboard to electronics) over Christmas and this deal interests me.

I guess this is a good deal if you are really poor... that is definitely a poverty CPU and build.

tom's is always a good place to start, their monthly gpu roundups are always good to get a sense of what to buy:

These are their recommended cards, and I believe that a 6670 should max TF2 (maybe with a little help from a config, I haven't used one personally), and a 7750 should max TF2 without any wizardry.

The PSU in this case seems to not have enough PCIe 6pin connectors, so the most powerful you can go with this PSU seems to be the 7750.
Nice thing about this build is that in a year you'll be able to pick up another 4gb of ram, a better PSU, and a used 2500k for around $200 total, all of which are compatible with the current components.
