Not trying to be rude but I don't see much point in making a thread for an unfinished config, especially when you say that it most likely is not as good as the others available.
If the goal is to get the best out of your pc it would be to your benefit to run a benchmark to compare it to the others. As far as i know though most of the cvars available to change have been tested numerous times and there's little room to improve on.
Might also want to put it on pastebin or use a spoiler so the op isn't so big
