dummyIn a perfect world, yes, everyone plays their heart out and its a 5-4 nail biter. But in the real world there are going to be matches where the world champions might fuck around because theyre not being paid to play this trivial match against team goldfish

I'm not asking for 5-4 every game.

If they're not paid enough to play this trivial match.. then why the fuck are they playing it dummy? If players don't care enough to take it seriously, why are they even playing?

I know that you have a good point in there somewhere, but this whole "trivial match" shit doesn't fit with that. b4nny isn't the end all and be all, but he seems to take the game reasonably seriously; I'm wondering what his thoughts on this are, because I watched him during the match. I'd also love to hear from cafe monster members.

Trivial in the competitive sense. As in they don't feel compelled to play their hearts out, or anywhere near that. Why do they play? for fun. I bet they had a lot of fun tonight too. Except for lansky. I bet he was raging.

Because we all know everyone on froyo should play the way everyone in twitch chat deems proper.

I love how suddenly we have to have a thorough investigation and figure out this tragedy of a match that ruined everyones night. Honestly they can play their videogame the way they want to, and the real problem is an invite level team shouldn't be losing to 2 snipers.

So if Invite teams start running double sniper and Heavy strats and inappropriate Pyros on "unimportant matches", and play Vaccinator on Medic when they don't even know how to use that medigun, because they want Fantasy points, do you think that represents a problem or not? I am asking you because that is how debates work dummy. And I am asking for the community's view because without the community and Twitch chat, there is no competitive TF2 scene is there?
