Been trying to get my tf2 sense in ratz instagib but no luck on that. I already tried mousesensitivity.com , but from what ive heard it assumes you have raw input enabled which I dont. My dpi is 800, I use stock windows sense, and I use 3.14 sense in TF2 without raw input or mouse acceleration. Pls help me.

i would just keep changing the sens in ratz until it feels good-perfect to you.
because i'm not sure anyone can provide you with an answer right now, or ever.
just trial-and-error until your sens feels good beats waiting for someone to give you an answer, i think.
besides, maybe the ratio someone else found wouldn't be the same for you, because:
(quoting a dev from Ratz) "It's a different engine, so you need to figure out your mousespeed on your own, sorry!"

When you're using default 6/11 windows sensitivity and have "enhance pointer precision" disabled, raw input doesn't matter. If you still feel that the sensitivity doesn't match:
