If you're wanting to change how they're positioned, classloadoutpanel.res in resource\ui. If you want to change the color and border, off the top of my head, go to clientscheme.res and search for anything with loadout or econ. Can't remember the specific control in clientscheme, sorry.

targetid.res for changing the size, but your best bet might be to reposition it, which you can do by changing the ypos value in scripts\hudlayout.res under CSecondaryTargetID

i went into the hudplayerhealth.res and changed some setting dont really remember it now, but it changed the health to green and it was readable and i was happy. only problem is everytime i get buffed it just returns to the unreadable white and idk how to fix

There's a separate file in resource/ui called loadoutpresetpanel.res (or similar, can't confirm on mobile).

It's not that great to edit though. If you want to change the colours any good, you'll need to edit them inside clientscheme.res, and I can't remember what they're called either.

Does anybody know how to edit the colour of the background (back pannel, whatever it is) of the News Header in MOTD. I could find it in neither ClientScheme.res nor MainMenuOverride.res?

And is there any special trick to how to get the buttons on the bottom to work? Because I checked them with like 2 different custom HUDs and most of the definitons were the same, though they still don't want to work.

Tryin to edit the scoreboard, but I can't remove the rounded corners on the main and team backgrounds

I've tried using

but even though it works on the Tournament panels, it won't work on Scoreboard ones? Any help's appreciated

Damage numbers aren't showing on the target, but off to the right side slightly. Instead of appearing on the player I hit, they seem to appear around that fixed position to the right. I tried to replace the huddamageaccount.res with one from a hud that I know has working damage numbers, but those got moved to the right too. Anyone know why this happens?
