hello hardware forum of teamfortress.tv

I have very small ear canals and every pair of buds I've tried falls out of my ears

don't care too much about sound quality, as these are primarily going to be used for running - open to bluetooth as well

any recommendations ?

I would consider giving these a shot. http://www.cnet.com/products/thinksound-ts01-10mm-headphones/

Thinksound includes four sizes of silicone eartips in the box, so you have XS, S, M, and L. The downside for some is that the large sleeves may not be quite large enough, but the earphones are a great choice for small-eared users.

Although something like this could work well for a runner, http://www.amazon.com/Motorola-Bluetooth-MOTOROKR-MOTOACTIV-Packaging/dp/B001LXR0BW?

Geknaiircouldnt you just get longer/thicker tips

Yeah, you can get foam tips which mold to fit your ear better than the silicone ones. They tend to have better noise isolation too.

the klipsch buds I'm using now have 3 size settings and the smallest one fits decently in my ear but still falls out

also they slip off really easily so I lost 2 pairs of them alreadY :c

looking into foam tips, it looks like they're made for my current set so this might be my thing thanks

I would recommend doing diy earbud molds.
Basically there is this product by the company radians that is for hunters where you mix two play dough ish substances together and put it in your ear and in 10 minutes it will harden. This is useful for like hunting and sleeping, but what you do is put earbuds in while its hardening, so it ends up acting as an eartip.

That is the tutorial. The advantages for me are that they stay in your ears way better, isolate sound better than silicon eartips, and you can do this to any existing earbud you have. The disadvantage is that they look dorky.

I actually really dig these. I'm not sure if they're small enough, but they have marshmallow tips that can fit inside like, probably most small ears and then expand to fit comfortably. I think I have smallish ears, and I've always liked these.

These are just normal headphones though. No fancy bluetooth.
