So, I need a mouse and a good setting, because I always miss whenever I play sniper due to mouse acceleration. I main sniper and spy (probably more sniper). What mouse should I get? I have a budget of 40 dollars, so the rest I can buy a GBC. Also, what's the best setting for sniper.
P.S I often run TF2 at an average of 50fps

There are no best settings, just use what is comfortable for you
You can probably find a Deathadder for $40 if you shop around, but mouse is also personal preference (just make sure you make sure the mouse you buy has no built in accel)

well, what mouse you have at the moment? under 40 dollars the G400S sounds like the best choice because it has no accelration. The setting is just all your own preference, However there are some internet settings you can use (hitscan .033-.08 based on your ping to the server )

use cl_interp_ratio instead.
cl_interp = cl_interp_ratio / cl_cmdrate or cl_updaterate
so 2 if you want 0.0303*
and 1 for 0.0152.
also removing acceleration is recommended, especially if you feel like your aim isn't good enough.

TF2 feels HORRIBLE below 100 FPS. Are you at least using some sort of GFX config?

Sensitivity is personal preference of course, but I wouldn't advise anything lower than 2"/360 or higher than 25"/360

Has nobody here ever owned a Sharkoon Drakonia ? From my expirience its an awesome cheap as hell mouse, precise comfortable, the software is easy to use, it has this awesome third thumb button.
The one i currently have lasted for 2 years now and still works like a charm. The only downside is that it becomes dirty really quick (sweat all over it).

1. My laptop is crappy. And lucky for me I am using Comanglia's config, or my tf2 will run at like 20fps
2. I'm using my Logitech V220
3. I'm thinking of the G402, because even though razer desthadder is good, I am very paranoid of the double-clicking issues that users report. I don't have enough cash for a G502 tho
4. I usually use about mid sensitivity.
