So during season 19 when I was playing in open I subscribed to 3 months premium. That week after I had open the subscription I had canceled it. So in august i got a notification saying that another payment has been made for 3 months premium, and after I had checked my esea account the expiration date was extended to November. I opened up a ticket with proof that I had canceled the ticket and after a few days esea closed the ticket without a response.Has this happened to anyone before? All I want to confirm now is if this system is still charging me I don't really care about a refund anymore.

ESEA disregards these kinds of tickets all of the time. Good luck getting a response out of them, because they won't ever believe that it's their fault that it recurred.

It has been known to happen before, good luck getting it sorted out , because some people haven't been so fortunate. It usually has to be sorted out through paypall or the credit company if esea refuses to do anything.

I always had to cancel through paypal. Matter a fact, I think even ESEA website lists that in their facts if you search "premium paypal". https://play.esea.net/index.php?s=support&d=faq&id=117 that one lists a paypal website that should show you how to cancel, but the link seems to be broken. But you could probably search through paypal on how to cancel a subscription. Found this link - https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/article/FAQ2058/1 .
