This is answered on the website, linked in the first post of this thread and the README.
http://rawr.am/tf2hud/Scoreboards: Several alternate scoreboards are included. To use one of them, replace resource/ui/ScoreBoard.res with the desired file. ScoreBoard_bottom.res moves the secondary information panel from the right of the scoreboard to the bottom, making it compatible with 4:3 and 5:4 aspect ratios.

hey omp :)
I just wanted to say thank you so much for making your hud so easy to edit and customize, what with including support for different resolutions and even for macs. As a mac user (D:) with a wierd resolution I truly appreciate it.
On another note, I really really want to use konr's crosshair on my mac but the font is all screwed up. Do you know of a free font editor that I could use to make the font mac-compatible?

ompIt has come to my attention that at a resolution of 1920x1200 there are problems with the resolution of somethings such as net_graph 1 and cl_showpos 1. The hud will cut off the end of these things and they will not properly fit on the screen.
How can this be fixed?

I don't think you need to do anything to the font to make it work fine on Mac systems. To my knowledge, the only problem is misalignment, which is not really a problem for crosshairs, as the position can just be adjusted to centre it. You've probably made a mistake somewhere if you are having problems.

1) You need to work on your quoting.
2) I don't believe those elements are controlled by the HUD.

Well what happens is I can only see half of one of the wings, and when I spoke to garm3n about it he said that the font doesn't work properly on macs. I have no idea what I'm doing but when I downloaded the true type font editor demo the characters were improperly aligned inside of the font editor. That is, the character was outside of the four lines. I was able to edit it so that the entire character was visible, but the true type demo puts a logo on the fonts so it was useless as a crosshair. I was under the impression that all I needed to fix the problem was a free font editor, maybe I am misinformed though. I'll attach a screenshot of what I mean as soon as I can.

Hmm, I'll take a look at it; I could be wrong. Might take a couple of days as I'm in the middle of some final exams.
[edit] Yup, works fine here at that aspect ratio.

Hey omp, really nice hud here. How hard do you think it would be to add a background to the medic who's healing you's uber percentag(bottom of the image), like the background on the players name(top of the image)?
It can get really hard to see the white text on white walls sometimes.
Also how would I go about enlarging the ammo and health numbers while keeping them centered where they are?

A border would be interesting to see. Although I just colored the text and it seems to work out pretty well.

Find the "futura9" font in your clientscheme.res and add "outline" "1" to it so that it looks like this:
}
"Futura9"
{
"1"
{
"name" "FuturaStd-Medium"
"tall" "9"
"additive" "0"
"outline" "1"
"antialias" "1"
}
}
I know it isn't exactly what you asked for, but I think it does pretty much the same thing minus the extra clutter.
Note: I didn't fully test this, so I'm not sure what other things it might have affected other than the ID's and spec hud.

@Jay - That is pretty helpful fix for now. Thank you.
It would still be really to see a background on it if omp could add one :)

There's really no good way to do this. If I add a background, it would always be visible, even when there is no text there (for all classes besides medic and spy), which would look strange.
remaxxAlso how would I go about enlarging the ammo and health numbers while keeping them centered where they are?
To make something larger, change the font size. You would probably have to change wide/tall values of the element as well, and the xpos/ypos to keep it centred. For example, if you increase the wide value of something by 20, you would have to decrease xpos by 10 to recentre it.

I had the same problem, you have to set the targetid position in advanced options to default instead of bottom center/left/right. It's a resolution problem, I use 1280x768.

Just committed slightly redesigned engineer menus because my original ones were unnecessarily large.

Finally got around to adding a custom disguise menu for the spy. It's in the same style as the redesigned engineer menus.
Here is a quick snapshot: http://i.imgur.com/1THW9.jpg
I think this was the last major feature the HUD was missing. From this point on, I'll focus on improving certain parts whenever I have motivation to work on it.
Enjoy!

Hmm, did you make sure to update hudlayout.res? Seems to be positioned/sized for the previous menu. In any case, I at least "fixed" the height issue, although I use that term loosely as it shouldn't have affected anybody else.

Hey Omp, I was wondering if you could possibly implement backpack navigation hot keys such as these:
http://i49.tinypic.com/30kzjvs.jpg
It's really not a big deal, but it's something I find myself having to re-implement every time you update the HUD because I find it very convenient while using the backpack. But like I said, it's really not a big deal to do, so if you feel that it's something you wouldn't like to include, I understand.
Also, I have a reference file that includes these navigation buttons if it turns out you are interested:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/74zf6zpqzygtvhn/BackpackPanel.res
(I placed this file in a folder called "econ" in the resources folder; although I'm not sure if this is necessary, I haven't tested it without it)

Hey omp, love the hud. One request though, could you add an alternative cross hp version for target ID like the player health? I'm an idiot who needs the crosses to get a better idea at a glance how healthy I or a teammate is.
PeteTehHitmanHey Omp, I was wondering if you could possibly implement backpack navigation hot keys such as these:
I'm probably not going to be able to work on anything for a bit, so I'll consider it over my break. In any case, a little secret for you: unless I remove any files, which I don't see myself doing anytime soon, you can simply overwrite your resources/ and scripts/ folders with the new ones, which should leave any files you've added intact.
applesauceOne request though, could you add an alternative cross hp version for target ID like the player health?
Perhaps when I have some free time. For a feature request like this, which I probably won't get around to quickly, it might be a good idea to open an issue on the GitHub page. Otherwise, I may forget you wanted it.

Oh Yeah! I'm so used to completely re-doing personal touches in the HUD, what with personal crosshairs all. Thanks for that little tip. And no worries; I more or less just wanted to be sure that you were aware that something such as that exists.
Thanks for the quick and helpful response, I truly do appreciate it.

Just pushed a fixed version for the Christmas update.
As I don't have proper access to TF2, I had to do this all over VNC, which is really slow and irritating, so I wasn't able to do much testing. That said, everything seems to be working fine.
(I was not able to test it because I do not have the weapon, but there probably is a bug with the ubercharge shadow if you're using the new medigun. I'll fix this later.)
[edit] If anybody has an extra Vaccinator, or one for borrow, I would really appreciate it.
