Lagging as hell

hey,
so i've been lagging a lot lately...
haven't had this before, started just before the halloween update.
it's just like my internet turns off for a second or so every now and then.
my screen just freezes for sometimes half a second, sometimes even up to about 3 seconds.
it's really anoying and it happens pretty randomly and very often (2x per minute, sometimes once per 5 mins)

did you change any network config or your router settings? Maybe your ISP problem?

Been getting the same things. Have you tried updating your drivers / changing the slot your ethernet is plugged into the router?

nope didn't chang any of that... neither changed ISP

yep i tried putting it in a different slot in my router. didn't work.
also my drivers should be up to date, fairly new pc

I've been having the same problem, and I've tried updating drivers and messing around with my router to no avail. I also am on power line Ethernet if that affects anything.

Yea I dunno, I have been having also this, I haven't had choke in years, but suddenly, it's constantly 1-6, not too terrible lags, but notable, and annoying, even on non-halloween maps.
Edit: and my net's also been fine for years, hope this stops soon.

Still not fixed. Also my choke is 1-5 too. Never had choke

i ALWAYS have choke 1-5 (and I have some lag problems I can't always blame on something specific). What exactly is it?

Well i don't know if it's the choking that causes the lag/freezing, but its something i noticed. My game just randomly freezes.
