Okay, THAT's why. 640x480 and other super small resolutions are ridiculously unstable and a nightmare for hud making. I've never even done anything with 640x480, so bear with me.

You're probably best off messing around with more values inside flagstatus. Go for lesser increments than -50 because that probably moves it off your tiny tiny screen.

I've never done anything positioning wise with the control points so I don't know at all what controls them. Maybe look it up in Doodle's Guide?

What I meant in the last part is basically moving the whole panel that represents the gamemode (like medic panel where you move uber and vaccinator bar all togheter) and increasing it's y value, and since the timer is going to get off screen I'll change it's y value down.

That's a set of four borders inside /ui/controlpointicon.res.

Also I'm not sure what ui (or field in hudlayout.res) controls CP and KOTH if you have any idea where I can find those.

Flathud 3.0 Released!

Changelog:

Thank you for the update! I've only used one custom HUD all this entire time I've been playing TF2, which is yours. Definitely digging the smaller font size. Looks absolutely great!

Change it in clientscheme under "health hurt"

And medals shouldn't behave like that? I know it happens when medal_width is set to 1 or 2 or something small like that but not at 0 (which is what it's set at).

-scoreboards are also broken for me http://i.imgur.com/kGPIKqc.jpg (is specs being listed in center new?)
-quit button shows up for a few seconds on the map change screen when you create a local server
-getting weird black objects when I inspect things in the backpack, although I'm not sure that's related to the hud or my config
-can you change the loadout screen so that pressing q goes back to the previous screen like it did in older versions? (unless I'm retarded and there was no such feature)

no, that's been there since i made the new scoreboard
the quit button thing showing up is because of the positioning of it, it's just a remnant from the previous screen that the sourcescheme is overlayed over. it's not actually there, you can't click on it at all. it's a source bug. in older versions it used to show the screen background or your server links or whatever because the sourcescheme window was placed over it

So it kinda hurts to say that i really dislike alot of the changes you did in version 3.0. The new menus look dope tbh but personaly i wish you would have left everything else untouched :(
(the boxes and smaller fonts bother me the most, and i will really miss the healthcross when buffed/low)

I personally hated the health cross. It took up way too much space, and the boxes are cleaner to me.
The smaller fonts are something that I've had on my end for a while. I didn't like how bold 12pt font was, in the slightest.
But I do respect your opinion.

I removed it because the (q) looked awful in Big Noodle Titling (and that's how you trigger it). I might explore options in the future to bring it back.

I might make it a customization option but for the moment it's just gone. I don't understand why anyone would want it.

I have absolutely no idea how to code an installer and I don't want to bother tree for my own version. It probably will never happen unless someone does it for me.

What you can do is make a duplicate button with the &q thing and just move it off screen, then you don't have to worry about it looking bad.
