TF2 update fucked my shit

I tried uninstalling my hud, reinstalling my hud, removing my configs, reinstalling tf2, and slamming my head into the keyboard multiple times.

Nothing has worked.

Anybody know anything about this?

It won't even let me open TF2. It gets to the loading screen then closes with no message or anything. GG Valve.

It might be caused by your HUD, have you tried uninstalling it and starting up your game?

I have issue with demo viewing, either tf2 would crash or will not load the demo at all. It only happens with CERTAIN demo files only, some work fine, some don't. Anyone else getting the same problem?
