For the past few days I've been trying to upload different demos to different sites, but all of them have been glitching or not fully uploading or something.
For example:
http://www.mediafire.com/download/6lb0h114u300g3n/TuryUpwardMedPOV%28FirstHalf%29.dem
https://www.dropbox.com/s/lej2mrzzn9cfclc/TuryUpwardMedPOV.dem?dl=0
Those are both the same demo, so I know it's not the website that I'm uploading it to. I can watch the demo's perfectly fine, but other people said the demo's stop after 3 seconds or cause their TF2 to crash.
The same thing happened when I tried to use http://www.igmdb.org/?page=render a couple of times to, the host of the site said when he tried to launch the demo with his TF2, it only played for 3 seconds then left. I have no idea what could be causing this, if anyone has any suggestions I'd be really grateful.

A common problem is closecaption 1/0 must be the same as what you have it set to. Tell your mates to pause the demo straight after loading it and make closecaption match what you have it set to

That actually solves my own demo problems, thanks

I was able to solve this problem on igmdb's rendering side. The demo Tury mentioned was taken on a server where sv_allow_wait_command was disabled, and unfortunately during playback that cvar remains set to 0. The rendering system was running a few commands in a loop which used a wait command and since the wait command was disabled the loop ran over and over and caused tf2 to crash out. I got it to work by forcing sv_allow_wait_command to be 1.
