It's stuck on +attack2, type -attack2 in console, it used to happen to me too, not sure if this will permanently fix it

why is your wasd realiased, maybe you have something in there breaking it.

the hud disappearing happens when an animation isnt triggered to bring it back. for example if you bring out your melee and the game never registered that you switched to your primary itll happen.

the obvious fix is to verify your game integrity, do an -autoconfig in your launch options, and then exec whatever weird cfg you have later and see if its breaking it.

like others mentioned, you should also show any other aliases + scripts you added. idk why movement aliases would specifically break a single weapon slot tho

Did you check if there is anything shady in your demoman.cfg yet?
