shotgun is now slightly better. Soldier and stock pyro probably benefit the most here. Passive secondaries like razorback and gunboats are now slightly less good, Shotgun pocket slightly better
- Upon spawning, friendly players will show an outline for 10 seconds
depends on how spies work with this, could be buggy
- No longer auto-fires when fully loaded. Shots can be held and released at will.

- When activating 'MMMPH', the taunting Pyro gains temporary invulnerability and immunity to knockback effects

If they went from the original 90% to full invuln it wouldn't be a big deal but this change is. Also you can't really balance something around people not knowing what it does. I know in MVM if the Medic switches mediguns (from Krits to anything else) the Krit stickies disappear, I wonder if that's how it'll work in the actual game.

the biggest threat when mmphing was spies or heavies, now you can just taunt in front of spawn doors and people have to wait ~5 seconds to get out
i also doubt they fixed the bug where you can use the crit flames to immediately build a second charge

It's probably going to work exactly like it does in spectator mode; having a disguised spy also outlined and having the outline disappear when he cloaks or undisguises.
