Well if u have I can't really help you out with that, I'm here to talk about making a new Elite Spy Clan. The only difference being that you don't have to be an Elite Spy to join. This clan is for Spy Mains that are looking for a community dedicated for Spy players, either to practice with or to just have fun.
Our group offers:
•A chance to take part in 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 and so on games.
•Place to ask questions about the Spy or any other topic that has something to do with TF2(Team Fortress 2).
•Ask someone to coach you, who has played HL(Highlander)been a part of a high-rank team etc.
•Post a trade for that item, you have been wanting for your spy all this time.
•Place to find and put together a competitive team.
•In the near future, we can expect Giveaways as well.
Our clan is looking for:
•Active Steam members to help out with the community(officers and moderators).
•Expiranced people to help new players.
•Other groups that have the same idea or are looking to make a similar group.
•Team Fortress 2 Spy players.
•And, of course, people that want to learn a thing or two about the Spy.

It's about the community if u don't know how to do something then you ask for help, well yea there is google and YouTube(or Dailymotion if u use that Shi...I mean site) where you could learn something by just clicking on a link, video etc, but our goal is to make a place for The Spy Mains. So you could be a part of something. If your not a Spy Main but still want to learn a thing or two you still can.

If you decide to help out with the community, yes. In that case, You just have to message the Owner and if the owner is not online, leave a comment on the groups page, that u wish to help and you will be made a Moderator. If you do as you promised, help out with the community, post news about Updates(TF2, Steam etc) you will be made a Administrator.

No. It does not work like that. To get the Administrator privileges, you need to help out with the Community. Message the Owner or Administrators and in the case that their not online, leave a comment that u wish to help out. The Administrator do check the groups history, posts and so on regularly.

Okay so if you can't tell everyone in this thread is messing with you.
This forum is primarily for 6v6 so there won't be a lot of spy mains here. You'd have a little better luck at ugcleague.com because they're more focused towards Highlander, but even then, because this idea has been tried like three or four times at this point the reception could be lukewarm at best.

Yes, it's true that there are not a lot of Spy Mains here, but we do try to reach a wide audience. We are not only looking for players who are Spy Mains, also players who wish to be one.

But did you call out the uber % of the other team?
Did you call out if a push was going to happen?
Did you tell your teammates if an enemy player was on low health?
If u are a Spy in comp, Do these things.
The Spy isn't just for getting big picks, and yes it is harder to get em in comp.
Just practice
