I played a match with 100 ping and recorded a demo, and when I played it back it seemed so laggy as if I was getting 20 fps even though cl_showfps said I was getting 120.
Is this a normal thing that happens when you play with 100 ping or should I try to fix it?

My usual ping is 75-95 and a lot of my demos seem to be stutter-y looking, so I'm also interested to see what causes this

Happens to me as well so I think it's a common thing.

If you play with cl_interp 0 change it to cl_interp 0.0152 I think that will fix it in future demos. As for your current ones i'm not 100% sure how to fix it.

Change your interp while playing the demo until it looks smooth. I saw Yuki do it on stream to fix laggy demos
