Help with Lawena

I recently started using Lawena and I encountered a problem.While trying to record with Lawena I pick a random demo and click load and the game crashes no matter what demo I choose.I tried both renaming them and trying to play the from the console.Anyone know how to fix this?

Corrupt demo file, if regular playback doesn't work through console/demoui(2) then the demo won't work with Lawena either.

It happens with every demo tho :/

Is the value of your "closecaption" cvar during playback different from the value it was set to when the demo was recorded?

I actually fixed it but now the demo crashes after the first 15 seconds?
