Would like to have my own server running for lobbies and stuff since most of the serveme.tf servers are usually taken.
Typically people pay monthly fees for servers because making a dedicated server is demanding and hard. Based on my experience I would extremely recommend nfo or tragic servers over accelerate.
download configs to tf/cfg

most leagues disallow listen servers, but if you have a good enough cpu and upload speed you shuld be fine for scrims

Tf2center doesn't allow listen servers (running a server on your computer)
#7 is misleading, you can host a server on your computer and not have it be a listen server. you'll need to have the server and client running simultaneously.
Here's how to set up a server on your PC that is not a listen server if you decide to go that route
