Hey, I was wondering if anyone could help me with this. Is there anyway that I can control which sounds are being sent to my stream? So, I could still have people talking in mumble, but not have it play on stream?

Thanks for the help.

Virtual Audio Cables is used for this, but I don't think you'll find any guide for it here. It also costs money, so I dunno if you'd want to use it. I'm not sure if OBS or any other software has a similar feature.

Window's Mixer might work too (never tried). Assuming there is a separate output channel, you can right click your sound in the toolbar, click Volume Control Properties, and then enable the stream output device and manually control it through that.
