Change sound when you hit an arrow on a teammate

So when you hit a crusader's crossbow arrow on a friendly player it makes a really quit sound that you can't usually hear over the sound of other things,
I was wondering if anyone knew how to edit that sound so I don't have to stare at my buddy to see if I hit an arrow.

You probably can, but it'll be blocked in most tournament/match servers cause of sv_pure 2

I don't think you can edit that type of sound for sv_pure 2, if it was the case, it would mean you could edit the uncloaking spy sound to make it louder for example.
