Hello, I want to get into matchmaking but I've read its only possible to play during stress tests. Is this true? If so, is there a group which makes the announces, etc? Thanks.

Dont think there will be any stress test's anymore because everyone has passes now

are you using the stock hud? if so then you should have a button called competitive

or try the command "OpenMatchmakingLobby ladder" in your console without ", i think it used to open the matchmaking menu
