I am looking for a low level pug group i can bring my friend into. I have played some of the comp beta with him and took him to newbie mixs so he knows the basics of the game at least. I need to get him some real experience so he can look for a team next season.

I need something that allows NEW players.

they've always been bad from my experience.
besides Iron Pugs, there are a couple other groups, but they only host every now and then and aren't perfect.
adding a bunch and playing when you can is the best way.
also meets you the most people/potential teammates

lol what do you expect with rules like this:
http://steamcommunity.com/groups/IronPugs/discussions/0/458604254460392017/Rule #1: "Admins and mods may add, delete, change, interpret, apply, and ignore any and all rules as they see fit."
Rule #2: "The decisions of admins and mods are final and will not be discussed in public."
I remember when they first made these rules, everybody went wild and iPugs said they were going to 'improve' it. All they did was make these rules apply to admins and mods rather than just mods. Definitely not a dictatorship.
