Hello Everybody.
Just wanted to ask if this pc build would be good for surviving max 1080 settings tf2 for the next 4-5 years, because we know how tf2 still gets like a hundred updates like every week, and I still want to atleast play it with atleast average of 70-80 fps in like 4-5 years. By the way If I say anything dumb it's because I just started getting interested in pc builds like 3 weeks ago.
I am not really a competitive player but I thought this would be a good site to ask about pc builds and tf2 settings.
Anyway here is the part list.
List of parts
CPU: i5-6600
CPU Cooler: Stock
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 960 4GB OC
Motherboard: MSI B150M PRO-VDH
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 1x8GB
Storage: Seagate SV.35 1TB 3.5"
PC Case: Corsair SPEC-02 ATX Mid Tower Case
PC Fan Case: Thermaltake Pure 12 Led 120mm Fan
(There are two more preinstalled with the case. one 120mm infront and one 120mm in the back. the third one, thermaltake, goes also upfront)
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 550W 80+ Gold
I know TF2 doesn't really need like a 4GB GeForce 960 GPU but I need it also for newer games and also I will get another 8GB stick of ram but probably in like 2-3 months.
Anyway thanks for the help and have a nice Day.

no computer survives max settings tf2 on 1080p

There is no PC in existence that you could say for sure will perform the same for the next 5 years. This build looks like it could run TF2 on high settings at the moment, but who knows with all the updates/restrictions Valve is pushing.
As for buying 8GB more of RAM, I don't really see the need if you're just gonna be gaming. I'd buy a nice SSD instead.
EDIT: Post here next time.

I would recommend getting a cpu that you can overclock as clock speed does wonders for tf2.

There's a thread for this bro: http://www.teamfortress.tv/12714/pc-build-thread
Swap the CPU for the i5-6600k and get a aftermarket cooler. TF2 LOVES cpu so overclocking gives a significant FPS boost.
