After barely missing playoffs, -bird noises- is the first Invite team to start making major roster changes, choosing to remove Hellbent from the team.

Vand discussed the past season and the reasoning for the change with us:

Throughout this past season and towards the end of the season especially, we really wanted to fix inconsistencies in our team on an internal level. That meant having the right attitude towards scrims/matches even when against teams that clearly were far better than us, such as RONIN or FROYO, while valuing the opportunity to face more challenging players. Looking back at our season, I feel the majority of my team reached this point where they did have that attitude at some stage of the season and individually I'd like to think it helped some of us who were new to Invite improve a lot.

We chose to part ways with Hellbent because, unfortunately, he did not really reach this realization in the season and there was somewhat of a disconnect between him and the rest of the team that seemingly was unsolvable. His overall attitude and personality clashed far too often with the rest of the team as well, which pretty much highlighted the necessity of the change for us sooner than later.

Looking ahead, I believe we have a solid two months or so from now to figure things out, so I definitely look forward to next season and another chance at Invite along with the rest of my teammates. For now, we are looking for a soldier (roamer or pocket) to be a part of the flock.
