It's actually pretty useful to practice mids. I think there used to be some plugin for this.

I don't think you need a plugin. Just bind some key to "rcon mp_restartgame 10; say Restarting in 10"

Yeah something like that works. It was just slightly more convenient (maybe faster too? I don't remember).
