This is a DirectX 9 Modified Rhapsody's Config, it is meant to give some FPS while maintaining a medium to high quality.
It has a simple setup originally from Rhapsody's Config and is made simpler and an option to change the graphic in the options and it will stay that way rather then reset every time, and it still has special commands so FPS is still stable. And it is good for YouTube because it keeps your graphics looking sharp and you get good FPS for good content. Hope you like this config! :)
WAIT, PLEASE READ ME. I AM GOING TO DISCONTINUE THIS CONFIG, HOWEVER I WILL COME BACK THIS WEEKEND WITH A NEW THREAD, IT WILL HOPEFULLY HAVE UNIQUE TECHNIQUES TO BOOST FRAMES.

I think you meant to say that Matchmaking forces dx9, cuz tournament mode (which all real competitive games are played in) does not force anything

Scruff_Can you format this better please, quite hard to read

It Improved fps while maintaining descent graphics, has easy console setup, and you can customize graphics in tf2 options without it reseting which other config will reset it

I actually really like the being able to change and maintain graphics options so I can make it look garbage for pubs and improve graphics for whenever I get good fps anyway

I did a benchmark and with my config (comanglia's config) i had 133.8 fps average.
With this config i had 134 fps average.

Guess the graphics didnt change much for me in terms of fps

Then you're PCs pretty good then, so you should be able to maintain medium - high graphical things. And also you said that you got .2 more FPS with mine then Comanglia's? That's odd.

tf2 makes no sense you sometimes get better fps with better graphics, or even best fps with default settings. It's almost unpredictable

chrymore stable than comanglias for me.. wtf?

I do not know how that is possible that this one is more stable, because this gets just a bit or more FPS, Comanglia's is for people with low-end or toasters. (Which I should be using cause I use a 2.16 Gigahert) But anyways, I hope you like it!

NEW UPDATE! Turned on one thing so the control points has all the particles and things on. Barely takes away frames.

EDIT: I also forgot to put that in both of the configs I fixed some stuff in the Startup Notification/Command Aliases.
