That post was flagged for a specialist.

This happens fairly often. Usually what it means is that its been passed back and forth between some admins who are leaving private comments discussing the ticket. Alternatively it means that its been passed up the chain of command and then passed even further up or passed back down when someone higher up has commented on it. They reflag it to the other admin once they've commented so that they know to look at it again and when you reflag it always adds the "Ticket has been flagged for a specialist" dialogue again. At the least what it does besides spam the ticket with the same message is ensure you that it is still being looked at.
