A few months ago, my TF2 is running normally, with configs and mods maximizing frame rates. I even unparked my cores and do everything I can to get 40+ fps. But yesterday I got this: "An issue with your computer is blocking the vac system. you cannot play on secure servers". I tried to fix it. I repaired SteamService, I typed the bcdedit thing in command prompt. It fixed the issue, but my frames was down to under 25 fps, which is unplayable. I unparked everything, but nothing worked. Please help me.

The message he got has nothing to with him "hacking" and does not imply that he hacked.
To the OP, I'm not sure about the specifics of it, I have gotten that message a few times but I can't remember how I fixed it, other than just restarting my router. I'll get back to you as soon as possible though!

verify game cache?
are you using a fps config? although that doesn't explain why your frames dropped like that it could at least help you get some of those frames back
