Still got a fatcep but i put over an inch on since the op pic and dropped 3%ish of body fat so im not super upset with my progress. Im up to where i was a year ago before my tendinitis on most of my lifts and im thinking i can bench 250 for a single now :)

Got to power down the red meat. Anything food where you need to be the top of the food chain to get it will make you stronger. Birds and fish are meh... Kind of frail.

I lost 15 pounds over the summer and didn't even know it. I went from 180 in May to 165 in August from doing nothing. Slowly gaining some back though.
