Hi guys,
The tournament schedule has been posted up on the main tournament page here - times are all local to the UK (BST)
The tournament briefing will likely be later (more like 4 pm) but do please try pre-register your team as signups will need to be closed early in order to sort out brackets and seeding etc.
The invite group will be playing a round robin on the Friday, with a guaranteed spot in the eliminations beginning Saturday. Standings in the group will determine seeds into the brackets. The rest of the teams will be (hopefully!) competing in a swiss system setup in order to determine the final 2 teams into the elimination. We are running an 8-team elimination bracket this year rather than 16 as per previous. All elimination games will now be BO3 with map picks. As before, Friday will be BO1 with set maps.

It is, u13 is the most recent version for Snakewater.
Also there's rc4 out for Granary pro as well so you might want to update that too.

Reckoner b3 is coming in the next few hours. I hope it will be allowed to update to the newest version as there's a few crucial fixes.

It's the ETF2L map pool since the event is being hosted in Europe.

Rip Australia as well i really dont think reckoner should have been added in Eu is the only continent who plays it I get the feeling the NA and Au Would ban it most of the time if map bans are a thing this year (which is kinda of a waste of there ban) reckoner being in seems like an unfair advantage for EU

according to comp.tf (and #24) australia plays reckoner instead of sunshine aswell, but why is it a surprise that a european event would have a european map pool? We don't play sunshine anymore, isn't that just as much as an unfair advantage for the USA people?

Sunshine and reckoner should both be out of the picture probably

There aren't any other established maps you could put in, and six maps doesn't work for picks and bans.

4 am start time. But it's worth getting up early for, only once a year after all.

Reckoner is not completely ideal but nor is putting something like sunshine back in that isn't in active play in Europe given almost all teams competing are European. Both Froyo and Jasmine have had a heads up on it being included. That said, it also won't be forced on them at all - the invite group stage requires only 6 maps making this a fair one to leave out.
It's definitely much more ideal to have an odd number for the pick/bans as tsc noted.
