Crowns eSports Club vs. froyotech
Crowns eSports Club came roaring out on the first map of Gullywash, winning the first round in just over a minute. froyotech responded by winning the next mid, but had to cede it and slowly were forced all the way back to another round loss. Crowns eSports Club then got another round quickly, and forced a crucial error after froyotech won the next mid to take the next round. With less than ten minutes left, froyotech finally converted their first round quickly to stay alive, but Crowns eSports Club successfully stalled out the rest of the game to take the map 4-1.
It then went to Badlands, where froyotech struck first in a quick round. Crowns eSports Club was able to come back to take the next round and were poised to take another, but failed a push.. froyotech capitalized and pushed all the way back to take the round. In the next round, down a round and pushed all the way back, Crowns eSports Club made an amazing play but froyotech backcapped to steal the round away. After that, Crowns eSports Club was unable to find their footing and froyotech took two more rounds quickly to put the map out of reach 5-1.
The decider would be Snakewater. froyotech took the first mid and eventually converted the round, and then took another round on top of that. Crowns eSports Club then responded with two quick rounds to tie up the score. froyotech were able to take the next round after some time, leaving only a few minutes, but Crowns eSports Club pulled out another quick round and won the next mid to threaten a win in regulation. froyotech were able to hold on, however, forcing the match to overtime. Crowns eSports Club took the first mid and thus had a decisive advantage, eventually winning the round and the map 4-3 after several attempts.
