It's been 11 years without an album, I've been waiting for this for so long! I've always wanted to see SOAD live before dying (if they ever make a tour again). Hope something will come out of this, there's a lot of stuff they can sing about, this time around.

As for my favorite songs, I really don't know, I've been listening to them for years and always loved (nearly) all of their songs, maybe Question! or Radio/Video? I don't really know, I have a lot of memories linked to each song, each one is very personal; Toxicity, Chop Suey!, Needles, Streamline, Hypnotize, Ego Brain, Highway Song, Holy Mountains...all great tracks.

i remember hearing chop suey off of a gunz frag vid back in 2005 and this shit blew my mind. i thought i was listening to the hardest metal known to man, i was like this shit is crazy and it's good.
needless to say i kinda grown away from this but i should revisit their discog

the entirety of the self titled album is gold; they got overtly preachier as they went on, but theres not really a song i dislike (except some stuff from "storaged melodies")
holy mountains, revenga, question, stealing society, ddevil, know, p.l.u.c.k. and radio/video are really fun to drum to; my favourite to listen to is either lost in hollywood or psycho
cautiously optimistic about the new album - serj actually sounded pretty good in armenia last year (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uXpEcumKktk), but i won't be too miffed if he isn't part of it because he's gotten progressively more irritating over the years and would probably make every song like science and boom
