pocket and flank scout is best used when a team is first coming together and has no chemistry, to ensure that you always have at least 1 scout present
hopefully teams can get a bit more fluid with it as they progress
having one scout get like 18% and the other get 14% is fine, but then u see teams that do like 22% and 8% and you're like what the fuck are you doin

most of the 'benefits' of having a role can easily be fixed with simple communication, which also helps with much more fluid gameplay

having a scout getting tanked and taking ground in open ass maps where a pocket cant (since he will get vaped upon contact of enemy team) is very good
also hitscan + fast movement = more protection for doctor
