I think moving the forum, articles, schedule, etc. links to under the logo would be much more convenient

it would be really cool if we don't start a movement on calling people out off-topic for ads not showing up on their screenshots
I like moving the tabs down as well, but I know some people said they liked them being on the top so it would have to be an option or toggle somewhere if it were done

Make it an option in the profile (should be on by default IMO), with the dark theme everyone's asking for.

Honestly this color theme has grown on me, guess when I first saw it it was like six am
The menu bar staying in place would be cool but only if it doesn't really slow down the site, the performance of this site is strong even on my iphone.

It's just a CSS thing. If a browser doesn't support it, it will just be like it is now.

doesn't mean the browser might not suck at doing the task at hand

CSS position: fixed is really easy to implement and shouldn't slow down browsers considering it's static (no need to even update the screen).

it's fine because it actually forces you to look at that area if you use the navigation bar.
