Going from team A to team B doesn't mean the player has improved, especially if there are no results or anything to back up that persons improvement.

Drackk went from playing with his friends below prem, getting picked up by crowns and putting in some very good performances. That's a good amount of improvement even though he had been playing at a mid-high level for years.

Josh & Dr.Phil spent a lot of time in LEGO getting pounded in prem and over the past year have done a complete U-Turn in individual skill.

There are other players who improved an insane amount but had to wait for the opportunity for a few seasons before getting one.

b4nny. Before IM existed. 3rd in 1st real season of open, won open, went to LAN, won LAN next season. Basically zero experience aside from a pocket pyro TWL team or something to LAN champ in 4 seasons, and carrying pretty hard the whole time.
