bench 265lbs squat still at 415lbs due to a knee injury
probably can only bench around 8 miles now, had an arm injury. I could do about 14 minutes before.

Curls are stuck at 110 because I never do them anymore ;/
Back Neck/Military Press at 125
I weight a bit less than 160 so this is good weight for my body weight

205lbs or so was my record in HS when I was like a scrawny 150 pounds. I'd rep about 150 tho.
