i would say halo 3 because i had over 5,000 custom games in that damn thing but reach was also great because of shit like invasion and forge world custom games and also assassinations which i wish were in every halo tbh

like that shit just fucks up my mind because looking back you realize that all the memories people have in that game were mostly from variations of the same fucking map which got played over and over again for literal years by people

Halo 1 is the only one I ever played but I have vivid memories about playing it on lan with kids from my boy scout troop

Halo 2 PvP was the shit back in middle school

2 and 3, everyone played the fuck out of 3 though. i put so many hours into h3 it's unreal. too bad bungie is shit now and so is the halo franchise and all the stats are lost because i changed my gamertag a shit ton. rip
also all the custom games were dope. michael myers, fat kid, jenga, garbage man, ghostbusters, and infected, and so many more i can't think of at the moment. game was fun in so many ways.

as a kid i spent a shit ton of time playing a pirated version of halo 1 pc but i probably spent the most time in halo 3 given how amazing forge was for its time + custom games but i honestly liked reach's gunplay the most so it's a pretty big tossup for me

yes reach fucking killed halo with armor lock and all the other dumb as fuck abilities (fuck sprinting and jetpacks)

halo 3 was the game i put most of my time into when it was on the xbox 360

but halo CE and halo 2 were also very good games. It's hard to choose one to be my favourite.

cod advanced warfare was a pretty good halo

i think infinite warfare was a pretty superior halo to advanced warfare

One very underrated halo game is ODST. The soundtrack + storyline is awesome and not playing as a spartan was cool.

halo 1 was one of my first fps games ever so i will always love its multiplayer and campaign but halo 3 and 2 were most of my childhood so they take the cake
