Just for anybody who hasn't heard of him before, this guy is pretty cool. He has interesting, tasty and simple recipes that even the beginner chefs (and I use "chef" loosely) like myself can make.
I made a vegetable soup based on this recipe, but substituted bacon, black beans, diced tomatoes and brown rice. It's pretty good!

This guy is the best. I've made the Spaghetti Aglio e Olio: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjmYkPkjnVo
and the Chicken Parm: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5l8I90zpBo
Both were really easy and tasted great. Highly recommend!

Food Wishes is really great. If you enjoyed watching his videos I would strongly suggest you check out the large amount of Good Eats episodes available on Youtube.

There is a Youtube channel with all 14 seasons, plus specials. Alton Brown is really great, I would have to say that Martha Stewart and him are my two favourite celebrity chefs.

Yes! My grandmother loves Alton. It used to be 99% of her recordings.
Martha seems a little off though, lol. She always interrupts her guests. Still good stuff.

For people who like cooking and foodporn, http://www.tastespotting.com/ is a really good resource. The site's updated pretty regularly so you can get interesting recipes from there. http://gojee.com/ is another pretty good website for home cooks and aspiring chefs.
