I was in that building for my 8am chem recitation and I normally wait in a lobby until my next class. Today I decided to go to the anthropology department building to work on my paper. This poor girl ran in screaming about some kind of attack and was really distressed. Then about 3 minutes later we get an alert that there's a supposed active shooting. Thank god I did that, otherwise I would have been right where the attack happened. The anthropology building is about 200 feet from the site where he rammed the crowd with the car and he was shot about 50 feet from the building across the street. Pretty thankful I wasn't there.
